How do I book a ride?
Open the TaxiF app or visit taxif.com, enter your destination, choose your vehicle type, and tap "Order". A driver will be assigned to you within minutes.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bonus credits. Payment methods vary by country.
How do I cancel a ride?
You can cancel a ride from the app before the driver arrives. Cancellation is free if done within 2 minutes of booking.
How is the fare calculated?
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and current demand. You'll see an estimated fare before confirming your ride.
For Drivers
How do I become a TaxiF driver?
Download the TaxiF Driver app, complete registration with your documents (license, vehicle registration), and start earning once approved.
What is the commission rate?
TaxiF takes only 7% commission. You keep 93% of every fare.
When do I get paid?
Cash rides are yours immediately. Card payments are transferred to your account within 24 hours.
