1. Service Description

TaxiF provides a technology platform connecting passengers with independent driver-partners. We are a technology company, not a transportation provider.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• Account information must be accurate and current
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person

3. Rides & Payments

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand
• You agree to pay the fare shown at booking confirmation
• Cancellation fees may apply after driver assignment
• Cash and card payments are both accepted

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Damage driver vehicles
• Harass or threaten drivers or other users
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Create fraudulent accounts or bookings

5. Limitation of Liability

TaxiF facilitates connections between riders and drivers. We are not liable for incidents during rides beyond our reasonable control. All rides are covered by basic insurance.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
